Rationale
The reason to choose TUI brand is it is one of large tourism in the world and largest in Europe. TUI made me want to know about key success and strong position that I think that it is interesting. Besides, TUI is global brand and easy searching information and then l believe that it made me understand business more than and can apply to my occupation in the future.

TUI group has a strong market position. it ranks number one among the European travel which sells leisure travel packages and provides other travel services under some 200 brands in more than 20 countries. TUI travel owns about 3,500 retail travel stores across Europe and operates a fleet of more than 150 aircraft.The company provides its customers with holidays from a single source from booking in a travel agency, flights, accommodation in business through the company’own hotels, and customer care provided its own our guides. It conducts its business three segments : tourism, shipping, and other sectors.

In the mid-1990s key person decide to reinvent itself as a tourism, shipping, logistics company. It sold off many of its industrial concerns and purchased several major travel and transportation firms named Preussag AG until 2001 rename to TUI Company. Nowadays, it is one of the world’s largest tourist firms with interests across Europe. It own travel agencies, hotel, airlines, cruise ships, retail stores, and container ships.

To research about TUI that is one of large tourism in the world. It made me have knowledge, can analysis about this brand, and understood about key success that is very good for business. TUI is high proportion of exclusive and differentiated products and services and I believe that this is importance to successful of TUI. So l believes that it can apply to tourism in Thailand because nowadays, the most of tourism is own foreigner such as hotel airline and other, it made money leak out to other counties more than Thailand. So we should use the ways the same as TUI because we will have more income from tourism industry. Moreover, money is not leak out to other countries and it made Thai people and economic are very good.

Fifth week
Fifth week’
Today, the first activity is a teacher told the way to make a good blog such as language usage, sense of ownership and told me about the way to make a blog is interesting. These way are very good because it make me can improve my blog besides, she told the way to send e-mail to her for reduce wrong things. After that, a teacher teach about the way to create good blogs and told about components of product strategy in my blog such as branding, position, target market, product line and key successful factors should use my own word from analysis ,brief and not copy. Besides, should told rationale about things that l choose it. Besides, today l receive good tips from my teacher about success in working such as “ hard working never kiss us”, “success is not free” it make me feel good because l think that we are not successful , if you are not diligent. Next, a teacher has funny game for her students. The game is explaining about food but not speak word of name food and make my partner can told correct word. This game is fun and train to use English for speaking.

The first activity is a teacher teaches about product strategy. She clear explain and made me understand it more than. This activity made me know about component of products that is important to producer and consumer. Example, if you want to produce one product, you must to lean about these components. First should research consumers’ need, produce good image and packaging for appeal to consumers and good service while sailing and after sold. Because these things are important part for appeal to consumers for use it and come back use it in a long time. Beside, she told me that the most of goods not sell only physical but they sell image of products such as Harley Divison not sell only physical but they sell image about good experience for travel. Next, a teacher teaches about products management of Phillip Kotler who is professor of International Marketing. Products management have three levels, first level is create customer value and can tell that what does a consumer want? And can produce positioning of products such as price, quality, image, service, design and style. The important should better is better. Besides, she explained me about what is branding? Branding is promise between seller and consumers. This class made me understand about marketing more than and she told us about blog evaluation. Home work for this class is role play about interviewer and applicants and show next class

Today, the first activity is suggested about blog. A teacher told about good and bad things in my blog and another one. Teacher’s comment make me know and understand about my blog more than and l can improve it. Besides, a teacher told me about the way to make appropriate blog. Next, activity we watch the logo of products that a teacher show and explain it. This activity make me know that the logo is important for products because the logo is sign of products and the logo that clear or consumer can remember it. The product of this logo will good sale such as coca-cola, Pepsi, and other. Next, activity is warm up speaking and brainstorming. And share reasons about choosing product and relationship with Maslow’s hierarchical needs. This activity make me can analysis and know about consumer’s needs. From share reason‘s friends in my group. It show that reason for choose products of consumers are different depend on consumers’ need. Someone choose products from quality, appropriate, price and other and the consumers’ reason when compare or join with Maslow’s hierarchical needs. Week 2 Tuesday
Today, a teacher start class by explain course syllabus and details about course description, objectives, goals and evaluation. Next, she explains detail about work in this class such as business workshop, journal, marketing blog and oral presentation. Besides, the teacher tells about attendance policy such as a student with five absences, if we absences more than five will automatically fail the course. Next, Don’t copies and paste the information without doing an in-depth analysis but we will use our own words for our project. After that the teacher give us present about homework but the most of student in class not make it. so, she change to test listening and answer questions. The teacher gives students watch VDO about Victoria’s secret bra and answer questions. This activity makes me train listening skill but l can understand in some part. It makes me can know that how my listening skill.

l think that activity about listening skill should have every class because it makes me and my friends can train and develop listening skill.
Week 2 Thursday
Today, the teacher answers students’ doubt about our blog from her e-mail and suggest good things, good examples and good sources about blog and marketing project. Next, we test reading skill from sheets and discuss with my friends in my group and talk with classmate .This activity make me train reading and speaking skill. The detail in this sheet is the means of business and careers in business. Response of each person is difference. After that, a teacher teaches and explains about terms of business, principle marketing concepts and Maslow’s Hierarchical theory of motivation by lecture.
This lecture makes me understand and know that what is business, who is users and who is businessman. Besides, l can know the way of position in business or products such as price, value, image and other things . These things are importance for success in business because successful in business is loyalty of customers. Next, Maslow’s Hierarchical theory of motivation make me understand human’s need and these things is heart for develop products in business because if you don’t know customs’ need or marketing’s need, you cannot produce product that reply customs’ need.

This class makes me know a teacher’s name and see her personality in teaching. The most of activity is not serious but it is talking between a teacher and students. Besides, a teacher have pre-test for test skill about reading and writing in English and test understanding about business. This pre-test is evaluation about ability of students and it makes a teacher know good ways of teaching and appropriate with students. Each question in the pre- test is good because it can show my feeling and knowledge that I know and can ask questions that l doubt. Today l feel good and happy with this class.
